Section 15
Right to access to services, facilities and justice
(1) Persons with disabilities shall have the right to easy access to educational institutions, housing, workplaces, buildings, roads, transportation, electronic communication services, and other services and facilities open or provided to the general public.
(2) Persons with disabilities shall have the right to free legal aid to ensure access to justice.
